Ultra Light Aircraft in Pokhara

It was introduced in Nepal in 1996. Pokhara is the best place for ultra light because of the proximity of the mountains and the vibrant lakes. This is the only option soaring up high in the sky, having astonishing birds –eye view, playing hide and seek in the cloud, reaching out for the mountains. This might be lonely at the top but the moment you have there, is worthwhile than anything else.

The company operates flights from the Pokhara Airport. The flight is offered beginning September through June. The flights take place from sun rise to 11 am and from 3 pm until sunset every day during these months. There are three different kinds of flights done.

• Fly for fun: It is flown only for 15 minutes. The flight flies over the Pokhara city, Phewa Lake, Sarangkot Hill at the speed of 50-90 km/hr.
• Touch the Fishtail: This goes as close as the Fishtail. It is flown up to 30 minutes. The speed is 90 km/hr.
• Mountain Range Sky Trek: The diration for this flight is one hour. The flight covers the whole of the Annapurna range at the speed of 130km/hr. This goes high above the clouds.
